In our view, gamification is one of the most powerful means to reach people. Whether the goal is to learn calculations or to quit smoking, a well-developed game allows people to get started with motivation from within. Knowledge of how the human brain works and what drives people is an essential part of our development process. Therefore, we do not speak of the ‘traditional’ game design – implying that the game is leading – but human focused design: design that is people-centered.
